Happy Chefs … because we love cooking but still get to see our families on the weekends and each night for dinner.
At the helm of the happy chef clan is Aleksander Korcz (you can call him Alek). Owner, Chef, father, hockey player and Polak/Aussie.
Trained and qualified in Europe, Alek has many years of industry experience in kitchens all over the world.
From 5 stars kitchens, to Executive Chef-ing a large chain of hotels, Alek and the team, are able to help with any kitchen need.

Whether it is kitchen design, menu creation, product innovation or recreating any recipe you may desire, we can help.
Maybe you need a bad ass to come in and help fix your wastage/staffing/quality issues? Needless to say, Alek has a proven track record of successfully turning around poor performing kitchens into profitable ones.
We have a team of fully qualified Chefs and a commercial kitchen in Edwardstown, South Australia.
We are a unique business – strong, adaptable, reliable, consistent, quality driven.
At home, Alek answers to Monica and is often held hostage for play dates by his 4 small children.
During hockey season he is usually hobbling, and because he is Polish, he likes gherkins.
