Shipping/ delivery is calculated at the end when you get to the checkout.
This is just here for emergency situations for some folks who need to swap to delivery and need to pay the associated charge.
Seriously guys, stop adding this unnecessary cost to your cart unless you and I have discussed it. I can't delete it because some folks do need this for whatever reason.
