We started as FreshStock in 2002, then expanded our offerings and became
The Prep House!

Now days we are still creating food service items for the hospitality sector, exporting our FreshStock range and back in 2017 we also created
'din.a.dun.' our retail brand of family size meals.

Oh - and October 2023: we just launced two new products under the FreshStock brand: Beef Jus Powder and Veal Stock Powder. Here we take on the big players of the game! We are the only Australian producer of these products that are made specifically for high volume commercial kitchens.

We are Chefs

Happy Chefs! Because we love cooking but still get to see our families on the weekends and each night for dinner.

At the helm of the team is Alek (Chef), Monica (Chief do-er of things) and sometimes any one of their gazillion kids.

Alek is a Chef, father, hockey player and Polak/Aussie who eats far too many pickles. Trained and qualified in Europe, Alek has many years of industry experience in kitchens all over the world.
Monica keeps the show running, does the boring stuff and the fun stuff, keeps us on point and knows how much the din.a.dun. range helps families keep sane and well fed because it's been nothing short of divinity at their home.

Our Team

We have a team of fully qualified Chefs in our commercial kitchen in Edwardstown, South Australia. We have our wonderful Quality Assurance Officer Leanne who keeps all our i's dotted and the t's crossed. It's our HACCP and it's very important
