Sweet & Sour Cauliflower

Such a happy vegetable dish!

Tender cauliflower with delightful Sweet & Sour sauce.

Yes it's sweet! 
and.... sooooo yum.

Classic Sweet & Sour sauce - none of the deep fried batter in sight. 

Might in fact shoot to one of my favourite choices we do here.

Have it as a side, or as the star of the meal with rice. The only thing you need to add :D 

Note: this dish is flavoured with a vegetarian Oyster sauce. Definitely Vegetarian - vegan in fact actually <3
