Yes, we are approved by some Care Package providers for those with meal preparation in their plan :) 

A helping hand in the evenings!

Great for independence around meal time.

Fully cooked, just reheat and add preferred accompaniments where needed.
So you'll still need to contribute something to your dinner be it rice, pasta or whatever you love. We've done the bulk of the work for you though.

If you have a plan manager and can't see your provider listed it's just a matter of asking them. Then we send our paperwork to them, they give the go ahead and you get the deliciousness.
(If you are self managed you don't need this bit - you can go ahead and order whenever and just request an invoice to be sent to you with the appropriate information inc cost breakdown)

Orders need to be done via email, over the phone if your happy to chat with our humans here or in store at our kitchen/shop in Edwardstown. 
We can deliver the meals or you can click & collect or pop in and shop.

Remember, our food is sold by the kilo only. This might not be everyone's ideal solution. If you are looking for individual serves you would need to order from the FRESH selection only and be able to portion out into smaller sizes yourself or have a support worker assist. Our bulk sizes keep the prices lower making your plan money stretch that little bit further! Each kilo will give you 4 generous serves.
