So we thought we'd offer you the one we make that's without gluten :D It's not completely traditional - we love cheese so we add Fetta and Parmesan.
We thicken it up with Sorghum flour which is naturally GF. The only notifiable allergens in this sauce are milk and eggs.
Use as a base for your creative culinary juices to flow through but remember... we don't do anything by halves. This is one kilo of bechamel sauce. You gotta have a good plan for it.
