FRESH Gingerbread Cake 1kg

Christmas flavours! :D 

Soft, sweet, spicy, flavoursome Gingerbread without the crunch <3 

This is a traditional Polish cake - Piernik.

I have been known to ask Alek to make this in big batches at home and we freeze it so I enjoy the festive season all year round :P 
Can be served at room temperature or give it a little warm up if you wish. Just a little though - remember it's already fully cooked.

This cake can be taken out of the foil tray for you to serve nicely onto your pretty plate. Sprinkle with icing sugar for extra pizzaz. Maybe even some warm custard!

Served slightly warm or cold, we hope you love this cake as much as we do!
