Damn I love Mushroom Risotto. Serves 4 people as a main, more if you are using it as a side but really will be the star of the plate. 5 out of 5 scrummos. Reheat gently until hot. This is one of the few dishes I prefer to reheat in the microwave because if you try in a pot and stir it you risk turning it to a paste as it is fully cooked already.
