Fruit on the bottom, crumble made with oats on the top. Popping it in the oven will give you a crispier crumble or scoop into a bowl and warm up in the microwave if you can't wait that long ;)
Full 1kg, I've stretched this out to 9 serves with a little ice-cream when I've had family over but I'd say 6 good serves usually.
