Harissa Lamb

I love a good cut of lamb... and this Harissa marinade is to. die. for.

We cook it rare/ medium rare - you throw it on the grill just to give it those famous BBQ chars and let it rest.... <3 Please, for the love of lamb - don't cook it too long! It's actually perfect... it's just waiting for you <3 

PS, this dish has a kick of spice to it!

Great with:

a yoghurt side and your salad straight off the BBQ or

slice it thin and and mix it through a hearty healthy salad or

chop it up and pop it in a Yiros! I'm actually drooling typing this.

5 or 6 pieces per 1kg tray.
We buried this dish in mint from the garden so I'll have to get you a better pic next time.
