"Beautiful golden nectar straight from the hive.  Our honey is cold extracted in single origin batches, which means each batch has its own  complex flavours, true to the area where the bees foraged. With hives in different locations, each batch will reflect the delicate aroma and flavour of the natural flora growing in the area where the bees are located.  This honey has not been heat treated, so may become solid in the tub.  Incredibly, this crystallisation process is nature's way of preserving this wonderful product so that it does not spoil.  It is still perfectly good to enjoy when crystallised, in fact some people prefer it.  However, if you like liquid honey, stand the tub in a glass or stainless steel bowl of hot water from the kettle, with the lid slightly open to avoid pressure buildup, until the honey is liquid again. Returning it to liquid state in this manner will not affect the quality of the honey."
